Warranty Policy

At Qtenboard, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality commercial display solutions. All Qtenboard products undergo strict quality control before shipment. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, warranty support will be provided strictly in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

All Qtenboard products are covered by a standard one (1) year limited warranty, commencing from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Hardware failures occurring under normal and proper use conditions

During the warranty period, Qtenboard will, at its sole discretion, provide repair, replacement of defective parts, or an equivalent solution.

This warranty is a limited warranty and does not constitute a return or refund guarantee.

No Returns & No Refunds

Qtenboard does not accept product returns or provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Order cancellation after production or shipment
  • Compatibility, preference, or expectation differences
  • Warranty-related claims

All warranty services are fulfilled exclusively through repair or replacement solutions, as determined by Qtenboard.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover any issues arising from:

  • Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or abuse
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
  • Accidental damage, physical impact, or liquid ingress
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by power surges, unstable voltage, improper power supply, or other external factors
  • Software issues not provided or authorized by Qtenboard

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email and provide the following information:

  • Product model and serial number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect

Our support team will review the claim and provide further instructions. Approval of any warranty service is subject to Qtenboard’s final assessment.

Shipping & Logistics

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and all related logistics expenses associated with warranty service are not automatically covered and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact our support team to confirm specific arrangements before shipping any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
