After payment confirmation, all orders will go through a 1-3 business day routine verification process. Production will start upon the completion of verification, and the production lead time is divided into the following two types:
Shipment will be arranged immediately once the production is finished. Orders are not processed or produced on weekends or public holidays.

All delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, freight forwarder delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Orders are shipped via reliable international logistics providers, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other professional freight forwarders. The specific shipping method will be determined based on order requirements and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated by the freight forwarder based on the actual logistics plan, including factors such as shipping method, destination, and cargo volume. Any applicable shipping fees will be confirmed before shipment or stated in the order confirmation or Proforma Invoice (PI).
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or made available upon request, depending on the shipping method arranged by the freight forwarder.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, freight forwarder issues, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
For customized products, OEM/ODM projects, or B2B transactions, production terms, shipping schedules, and logistics responsibilities shall be subject to the confirmed Proforma Invoice (PI), sales contract, or mutual agreement.
