What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard-configured units have an MOQ of 10 units; sample orders of 1–2 units are available for testing. OEM/ODM custom projects typically start at 100 units, depending on the customization scope (logo, color, size, OS).
What is the lead time?
In-stock standard units ship within 3–7 working days. Bulk orders (100+ units) run 15–25 days. OEM/ODM projects including tooling, sampling and mass production typically take 45–60 days. Confirm lead time at order placement.
Do you provide SDK / API for POS and ERP integration?
Yes. We provide a standard RESTful API and Android SDK that integrates with mainstream retail ERP, POS and ESL systems. For deeper integration, our engineering team works with your IT department; typical joint testing takes 1–2 weeks.
Is the CMS software included, or do you charge extra?
The basic CMS is bundled free with hardware, covering single-store content scheduling and group playback. The enterprise CMS (multi-store management, analytics, API integration, branded UI) is offered as an annual subscription or one-time license, priced by device volume.
What is the warranty policy?
Standard warranty is 1 year, extendable to 2–3 years. Non-artificial defects are covered free of charge during warranty. Bulk orders come with spare-part stock; local partners in major markets provide fast repair and replacement.
Can I request a sample before bulk purchase?
Yes. Sample orders cover unit cost plus shipping and ship within 3–7 working days. Within 30 days of sample testing, sample costs are deductible against a confirmed bulk order.
Can the displays work without internet?
Yes. Local playback via USB or TF card lets the unit run fully offline. Once connected, content syncs automatically. A 4G module is optional for stores without wired network coverage.
Are the displays rated for 24/7 continuous operation?
Yes. Industrial-grade design with a 30,000-hour panel lifespan is purpose-built for retail environments running 24/7. Every batch passes 72-hour continuous burn-in before shipment.
Do you support PoE? Will rewiring be expensive?
PoE-powered versions are optional; a single network cable carries both data and power, drastically reducing cabling. Stores with existing structured cabling need minimal retrofit. Our engineering team provides a remote site survey and cabling plan.
