Printer Inside the Stand, Not Taped to the Side

An external USB printer adds one more cable, one more power brick and one more thing that fails during lunch rush. We moved the print engine into the base of the stand so the receipt comes straight out at counter height.

The print head is rated for 50 km of paper. At 300 receipts a day, that's roughly four years before a first replacement — and the module swaps in under two minutes with no screwdriver.

Every unit goes through a 48-hour aging test on our rack before it leaves the warehouse — powered on at full brightness, printer cycling, touchscreen exercised. We support OEM / ODM, SKD / CKD local assembly, and bulk spare-parts kits for distributors who want to service their own market.

Do you sell to distributors and system integrators, or only end-users?

We work primarily with distributors, integrators and brand partners. MOQ starts at 10 units for sample orders; bulk pricing, private-label branding and SKD/CKD local assembly support are available at 100+ units. End-users are referred to our regional distributors.

Can I get a single-screen version today and upgrade to dual-screen later?

The chassis and motherboard are shared, but the rear display bracket and cable harness are different. Upgrading in the field means swapping the stand assembly — it's faster to order the dual-screen version upfront if you're unsure. The price gap per unit is small at 50+ volume.

Does it support fiscal printing / electronic invoicing in my country?

The hardware is open and neutral — we ship a free SDK with printer and scanner drivers, so it integrates with any Windows or Android-based fiscal software. We've already shipped LATAM-compatible units (Brazil NFCe, Mexico CFDI, Colombia DIAN) and have ANATEL (Brazil) and RETIE (Colombia) certificates on file. Tell us your market and we'll confirm the relevant cert.

What's the lead time for a 200-unit order?

Standard in-stock config ships in 7–10 business days from Shenzhen. Custom branding (logo silkscreen, color housing, pre-loaded OS image) adds 10–15 days. Sea freight to major ports runs 25–35 days; air freight is available for urgent pilots. We can also stage SKD kits in Thailand or Vietnam for local assembly.

Which operating system should I choose — Windows or Android?

Choose Windows if your POS software is a desktop app (most legacy F&B and retail suites), or if you need i5-class CPU power. Choose Android if you're running a cloud-native app (Square, Loyverse, Sapaad, custom web-based POS) — it costs less, boots faster, and is less prone to ransomware. We quote both side by side.

What happens when the printer or touchscreen fails under warranty?

Standard warranty is 1 year; extendable to 3 years for bulk orders. We ship spare printer modules, power adapters and touch panels in the same carton for 100+ unit orders, so your local team can swap parts without waiting on RMA. For distributors, we maintain a regional spare-parts depot in Shenzhen with 48-hour express dispatch worldwide.
