What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard models, the MOQ is 1 piece for sample evaluation. For bulk orders with custom logo or packaging, the MOQ is typically 50 pieces. Custom hardware configurations may require 100+ pieces. Please contact our sales team for a precise quote based on your requirements.
Does the mirror come with fitness software and courses?
Our smart fitness mirror is a hardware solution with an open Android system. It does not include pre-installed fitness courses or subscription content. You can install your own fitness apps, develop custom software using our SDK, or integrate with third-party fitness platforms. This gives you full control over the content and user experience.
What is the lead time for production and shipping?
Sample orders typically ship within 3–5 working days. Standard bulk orders (50–200 units) take 15–20 working days after deposit and design confirmation. Customized orders may take 25–35 working days. Shipping by sea takes 25–40 days depending on destination; air freight takes 5–7 days. We also support DDP delivery to major markets.
Can I customize the logo, color, and hardware configuration?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM customization including logo printing (silk-screen or laser), frame color (any RAL color), screen size (32"/43"/55"), CPU/RAM/storage upgrades, optional 3D camera, port layout, boot animation, and retail packaging. Customization fees may apply depending on the scope of changes.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight for large orders, Western Union, PayPal for sample orders, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions. For established clients, we can negotiate more flexible payment terms.
How is the product packaged for international shipping?
Each unit is packed in a reinforced corrugated carton with EPE foam protection and corner protectors, designed to withstand international ocean and air freight. We can also provide wooden crates for extra protection on request. Packaging dimensions and weight are provided with your quotation for accurate freight calculation.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
We offer a standard 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranties of 2 or 3 years are available at an additional cost. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts and remote technical support. For non-warranty issues, we offer lifetime technical support and spare parts at cost price.
Do you provide software development kit (SDK) support?
Yes, we provide a comprehensive SDK and API documentation for clients who want to develop custom applications, fitness content, or digital signage solutions.
